Project Management
Excelsior Energy utilises AGILE project management principles to facilitate optimum project development, whenever suitable in any of the works undertaken.

Following these principles, we provide the complete package including Budget Forecasting, Procurement, Operations Scheduling and Quality Control, combined with our Wellsite and other services.

Clients can expect weekly updates throughout each phase of the project, daily review and update of project documentation leading to full transparency throughout the project life cycle.

Documentation packages include project objective summary with key stakeholders and a daily log, procurement schedule and Gantt Chart, optional budget forecast and operations schedule with Gantt Chart.

Supply Chain Management
We have an extensive supply chain network in the resources industry and have partnered with a number of high-quality manufacturers. Excelsior Energy ensures the quality of the supplied equipment through inhouse Factory Acceptance Testing (FATs), Quality Control Management at manufacturing level (ISO9001) and appropriate industry standard certification and accreditation of equipment.

We continuously expand our warehouse stock holdings for convenient and swift availability and access, and rely on the same from our valued supply chain partners. Through the use of reputable logistics providers, we can secure rapid, smooth dispatch and shipping, and in country customs clearances within 24 hrs of arrival of the goods.
